Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident trying MyDay Pro. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Pro subscriptions.

How it works

  • If you're not satisfied with MyDay Pro, request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
  • Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record.
  • To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact our support team through the app's Settings page.
  • Refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page or via Paddle. After cancellation you keep access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

Subscription renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. We do not issue refunds for partial periods or for renewals that you forgot to cancel beyond the 30-day window, except where required by law.
